Traffic saftey at Oak Hill Road and Groton Road,Westford,MA

Traffic saftey at Oak Hill Road and Groton Road,Westford,MA is i think a big issue One day I drove up to the stop sign on Oak Hill Road and Groton Road to make a right. about a few seconds later a Ford F150 pickup truck pulled up to the same intersection and stop on my left side. This caused a problem because I couldn't see around the truck. I waited a several seconds and creeped out and I could finally see around the truck. I could now see no motor vehicle traveling east on Gronton Road. So then I made my right turn. I said There should be a traffic light at the intersection of Oak Hill Road and Groton Rad (route 40) in Westford. If   there was a motor vehicle traveling east on Groton Road and I couldn't see around the truck. Then I would have gotten in a accident that could have severely injered in one or both motor vehicle in the accident. it would have cost lots of money to fix the problem the accident caused. The police in Westford would have to come an invesigate the cause of the accident. If people were hurt badly. The police would have to call the fire department to send an ambulance and that cost money. I mean tax payer's money. So you see where I'm going with this problem. I want the town of Westford or the state of Massachusetts to come up with a  plain so on one gets hurt or killed at this intersection.

I think there should be traffic lights at Oak Hill RD & Groton Rd in Westford, MA. The traffic there has increased in several year since the adding of the Rapid Refill gas station at the corner of Oak Hill & Groton RD. I also think the highway department of Westford or the state of Mass. should do a study of traffic flow near the Rapid Refill gas station. Traffic lights are needed there. I don't won't someone to wait until someone gets killed or badly hurt in a car accident  to say we need traffic lights there. Please propose this project. With the town of Westford growing. The town should do something soon. In the early 90's a elderly man was killed in an auto accident at the intersection of Tyngsboro Rd./ Depot Rd. at Groton Rd (Route 40). This accident prompted traffic lights be installed at the intersection. Again I don't want this repeated again near the Rapid Refill gas station.
